Separate buying the goods from sending the parcel

The amount attached to a product is not the complete cost of receiving it overseas. Start with the selected item price and quantity, then add seller-to-warehouse delivery. Record optional services and international freight separately so that an unpaid cost is not mistaken for an included one.

Mark each entry as paid, provisional or unknown. Check the option using the product-link guide before comparing two prices: a starting amount may refer to another size, version or quantity.

Understand what the purchasing service fee covers

GTBuy’s Service & Fees notice lists no purchasing service fee for regular Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian orders. This is a rule about the purchasing service. It does not make the goods, domestic postage or international shipping free.

For special platforms, the notice lists CNY 10 per order and marks it temporarily not charged. Treat that as a published waiver that can change, rather than assuming every special order will always be free. Check the charge shown for the actual GTBuy order before payment.

Price optional QC work separately

The published fee table lists customised photos at CNY 1 per photo and customised videos at CNY 7 per video. Video is available only for selected products. A request for a particular measurement or close-up may therefore be a separate service.

For example, if you need a waist measurement rather than another general front view, describe that request before choosing extra work. The QC photo guide explains how to match a useful photo request to your item. Confirm the current service price and availability with GTBuy.

An example subtotal before international shipping

Illustrative calculation only

Two items at CNY 100 each, CNY 10 domestic postage and three requested photos at CNY 1 each give CNY 213 before international freight and any other applicable charges: 200 + 10 + 3 = 213.

The item and postage amounts in this example are hypothetical. It is a way to organise a budget, not a freight quote. If another amount is still unknown, leave it separate rather than treating it as zero.

Use the payment rate and final packed details

GTBuy’s Exchange Rate notice describes dynamic rates and says the rate shown at payment applies. An approximate USD amount beside a product is not a promise of the same conversion later. Compare amounts in one currency and check the payable amount before confirming.

For international shipping, final packaged weight and dimensions matter. GTBuy’s shipping notice says an estimate can already include coupon discounts; the amount shown when submitting the parcel is the applicable shipping amount. The shipping explanation covers the terms in plain language.

Keep the breakdown after payment

Save the selected option, item subtotal, domestic delivery, chosen services, conversion and parcel payment as separate entries. This makes a changed order or a refund calculation easier to follow.

Check how destination charges are handled for the chosen GTBuy service. Do not add a charge twice if it is already included, and do not assume it is included simply because it is absent from an early item subtotal.

Based on GTBuy’s published fee, exchange-rate and shipping notices, checked 25 October 2026. Charges and services may change. GTBuy’s latest published terms and final settlement take precedence.
